PICNIC SCHEDULE

3:00 pm – Meet and Mingle
4:15 pm–4:30 pm – Annual Meeting
4:30 pm–5:30 pm – Dinner
Tender Spanferkel (pig roast) & Greek Festival rotisserie chicken prepared by Bracken Heiges. Hot dogs for the kids, Beth Heiges’ famous mac & cheese, side dishes, sweet corn, desserts and beverages
5:30 pm–6:30 pm – Games

WHAT WILL IT COST?

  • For members, dinner is $10 per adult and $3 for kids (Ages 4 –11).
  • For member families, we have a maximum price of $25 per household.
  • Non-members are $15 per adult and $5 for kids (Ages 4 –11).

WHAT TO BRING?

  • Side Dishes (Last Names A–N)
  • Dessert (Last Names O–Z)
  • Lawn Chairs
